In this session, we'll also focus on the 10 steps of effective goal setting. SMART goals are specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, and time-bound. We'll show you how to create a balanced and successful life by goal setting in daily, short-term, and long-term increments - in all 8 areas of your life to make it your best year ever!
