Michelle Moore founded EMPOWERED in 2007 after a scary encounter with a threatening individual in downtown Portland, OR. She discovered that the key to Personal Safety is Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication and Awareness, not necessarily the ability to perform martial arts techniques.
WIN meets monthly and alternates between luncheons and evening mixers. Chamber members share their expertise and experiences along with building great relationships for growing their business. We all like to do business with those that we know like and trust.
