The VA has a program that is one of the best kept secrets to helping pay for senior care.

It is called Veteran's Aid and Attendance, which provides benefits for wartime Veterans and their spouses who are over the age of 65 and are now in need of some care.

The Aid and Attendance program can provide an additional monthly tax free income.
