Want to race your friends through obstacle courses, work hard, play hard, and have some fun? Campers will get an action-packed day with obstale courses, fun games, an introduction to cross training, and fun surprises with cross trainer and athlete MeiLin McDonald!

Campers, please bring a water bottle and light snack.
