The investment in a business is a major undertaking, and whether you’re starting or growing one, it is deserving of serious planning.  This workshop makes the task of creating a business plan less daunting by showing you how a business plan is structured and how to approach the job of creating one.  We’ll continue by exploring conventional and newer alternative financing options.

Presenter Bill Winton co-founded what began as a classic ‘garage’ start-up and grew to employ up to forty people engaged in designing, manufacturing and selling high-tolerance photographic film processing machinery and water temperature control valves.  Bill has served as a SCORE® volunteer since 2002.
