New Seasons Market Nutritionist Kayla Petersen will share information on eating budgetarian – New Seasons Market lingo for eating well without breaking the bank. She’ll specifically highlight meals that work well for one or two people, and how to incorporate foods that protect against inflammation, an underlying factor in many chronic diseases.
