Join Community Warehouse, Welcome Home Coalition, and Washington County Thrives to learn about the Regional Affordable Housing Measure and its impact in Washington County. During the event guests can enjoy 20% off all sales in the Estate Store. This is an evening to get informed about a Regional Housing Measure on the November ballot! Guests will be able to: Strengthen their understanding of the local affordable housing need and gap - specific numbers, data and stories especially related to communities of color and low-income communities Strengthen their understanding about the connection between the impact of rising rents on community members’ most basic needs - home goods, furniture, food, medication Strengthen their understanding of local policy solutions to bring in more funding for affordable housing - and know the solution is one of many we need in years to come to collectively respond to the crisis Learn about the Yes for Affordable Housing campaign and opportunities to volunteer and support. *Snacks and beverages provided
