HOPE Dementia Support Group

For the December 28 group meetup, your care partners are invited to join you at a holiday potluck. Please bring snacks and finger foods to share with about 20 people. 

HOPE Dementia Support provides support and education at every meeting, each week, for family caregivers for a loved one living with dementia. Groups and individuals are free to attend in a safe and comforting environment with a trained facilitator who is a former caregiver themselves.
