The HCO 2017 Spring Conference brings together healthcare communicators from around the Pacific Northwest for a day of insightful and timely presentations on topics like digital storytelling, health literacy, video strategies, innovation and more.

WHO:           The spring conference is open to both members and non-members. This year’s                         presentations include:
 

• Dr. Alisha Moreland-Capuia will give a talk on maintaining humanity at the center of healthcare communication.
• Nicole Bell, Founder & Director at Cambia Grove will speak on healthcare innovation and collaboration.
• Chris Wain and Sara Sluder of Legacy Health will highlight Legacy's health literacy journey, and what communicators can learn from it
• Representatives from OHSU’s communications team will explore digital storytelling and Facebook Live through the story of baby Fatemah.
• Kent Lewis, president of Anvil Media, will share strategies and tactics that result in a comprehensive and engaging video presence.
