Panel Speakers 

Karen Davis, MS, CNS®, is a clinical nutritionist with a Master of Science in Nutrition. As the owner of Karen Davis Nutrition, she is able to bring her unique approach to help and support her clients to make successful, long lasting changes to their food and lifestyle choices.

Deryk Thompson-Astilla, with his partner Jeremy at Life Changing Dinners, is dedicated to teaching people how to cook amazing, easy meals every day. They offer essential skills and tools that help you feel happier and healthier for life. Heidi Rowell, is the program director for the Alzheimer’s Association Oregon Chapter. Her career allows her to fulfill her passion of supporting people and families living with dementia. During Heidi’s over 15 years in the long-term care industry, she has worked in many older adult settings, including senior housing and in-home care.


Our mission is to promote the sharing of health-related resources and information while providing a forum for networking and education for local traditional and alternative health care professionals.
