Dine Out Fundraiser at Izumi

Dine Out for the JakeSake Foundation!

December 17th-27th, Izumi Japanese Steakhouse will donate 10% of all food sales (lunch and dinner) to the JakeSake Foundation to help raise awareness of OPD Syndrome and to provide support to Jake, a local Tualatin student, and his family throughout his many surgeries. Jake's latest surgery this month (#26!) did not go as panned and JakeSake needs your support.
