Business Advocacy Council Presents A Legislative Update

The Tualatin Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that J.L. Wilson will be visiting our BAC (Business Advocacy Council) on Thursday, Feb. 21^st from 11:30-1:00, to review the 2019 Legislative Session and the impact that proposed policies will have on our business community. J.L. is the Chief Legislative Counsel for the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce and offers unique insight into how legislation is moving through the Capital and what we can do to insure that the voice of business is heard.

J.L. Wilson comes with a 16-year history in public affairs and lobbying as past Executive Director of NFIB/Oregon and past Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Associated Oregon Industries. Wilson has been a full-time lobbyist representing primarily business interests since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Legislative Director for two Speakers of the Oregon House.
