ART IN THE BURBS FESTIVAL 20th ANNIVERSARY

Local Artists Help Student Artists During Art in the Burbs Festival: October 12-13 Enjoy original works from over 72 juried artists’, all available for sale. You will find jewelry, ceramics, exterior art, cards, textiles and more. Delicious food trucks, live musical entertainment and a student art gallery will also be at the show. Since 2007, the show has raised $262,271 for music, literature, visual and performing arts in the Tigard Tualatin School District. The non-profit program raises funds through a 20% commission on all sales during the 2-day arts event. Event proceeds programs in all schools (elementary, middle and high school). Grants are awarded to each school to use exclusively for Arts programs, including music, fine art, performing art, and writing. Website: www.artintheburbs.org
