Note on Location: We are located at 9370 SW Greenburg Rd., Suite N in Tigard.   On the corner of Hall & Greenburg across from Washington Square Mall in a cluster of white buildings called The Commons Medical Park.  You can enter from Hall or Greenbury and  our building is the only one with a flat roof.  Head to the back corner of the parking lot by the condos, enter the doorway marked GRANT SOUTH and you will see our office.
